Company
The people building AI into your systems.
Engineering since March 2006. Operating from India and the United States. Led by a founder with 25 years in production software and a law degree — because every AI decision today runs through compliance review.
Founder’s note — Hussain
I’ve been engineering production systems since 2000, when I earned my MCSE working on Microsoft infrastructure. The next two decades took me through email marketing platforms, CRM integrations, and full-stack engineering for publishing-tech systems — including the open-access publishing infrastructure and peer-review workflows that power journals serving thousands of researchers worldwide. Client names are protected under NDA. References are available on a call.
Somewhere between the MCSE and the AI agents we ship today, I picked up a BA and an LLB. That wasn’t a detour. It became the most useful credential I have for the work UES does now.
Here is what I see in 2026: every AI integration decision in a serious company runs through a compliance review. EU AI Act risk classification. GDPR data residency. Model audit trails. DPA negotiation. IP indemnification. Most AI vendors arrive with a slide deck and a sales engineer who can’t answer those questions. We arrive with the engineering and the legal literacy to sit across from your General Counsel, your CISO, and your VP of Engineering in the same meeting — and have it make sense to all three.
Twenty years of production engineering. A law degree that means the right things get written down. And a 30-day model that proves the work before you scale it.
That’s the company we built. It’s the company we’d want to hire.
Where we work
India — Engineering HQ
Visakhapatnam
Most of the engineering happens here. Same office since March 2006. Twenty years of production software with the same hands on the keyboard.
USA — Business development
Stanford, California
Client-facing work and US time-zone overlap. The shortest path from a buyer’s first call to a senior engineer who can answer technical and legal questions.
How we hire
We hire engineers who have shipped to production in industries that punish mistakes — regulated software, healthcare-adjacent systems, financial-services data, publishing pipelines that thousands of researchers depend on. We don’t hire for AI hype. We hire for systems thinking: people who debug observability gaps, design for rollback, and respect the difference between a demo and a production system.
Our bar is senior. We don’t put juniors on client production AI work. New team members ship alongside the founder for the first month before they own client-facing integrations alone. That model keeps the work honest and gives every engineer real visibility into the standards we operate against.
