AI for e-commerce teams who’d rather ship than sit through another demo.
Catalog enrichment that doesn’t invent product specs. Demand forecasting that knows your seasonality. Personalised email that respects your brand voice. Support automation that hands off cleanly. Built natively on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Klaviyo, Gorgias.
What’s broken without AI in an e-commerce operation
- Catalog quality is the silent conversion killer. Thousands of SKUs with thin descriptions, missing attributes, inconsistent variants, and outdated metadata. Search filters fail because the underlying data is bad. Conversion suffers because product pages don’t answer the questions buyers ask.
- Demand forecasting still runs in a spreadsheet. Planners blend last year’s sales, gut, and the sales team’s most recent shouting. Stockouts on hits, overstock on duds. Working capital quietly trapped on the shelf.
- Email cadences are one-size-fits-no-one. Klaviyo flows are powerful, and most brands run them in the most generic configuration possible — same subject lines, same send times, same product blocks for engaged and lapsed alike.
- Support drowns in repeat tickets. “Where’s my order?”, returns, sizing, gift-card balance, address change, exchange — a huge share of inbound that could be answered against your own data without a human in the loop.
- Returns are a black box. The reason codes are vague, the data lives in the 3PL portal, and nobody is feeding it back to the buying team. The same SKU gets reordered next season for the same return reason.
What we build for e-commerce teams
Catalog enrichment trained on your own product data
We process your existing catalog — product copy, attributes, images, variant trees — and generate enriched descriptions, missing attribute values, SEO titles, alt text, and structured data. Critically: retrieval-grounded. The model is constrained to facts present in your PIM, supplier spec sheets, or existing copy. It does not invent dimensions, materials, or compatibility claims.
Demand forecasting with seasonality and promotion calendar
We ingest sales history, promotion calendar, marketing spend, returns, and (where it makes sense) external signals like weather and search trends. Forecasts at SKU / location granularity, refreshed weekly, fed into your replenishment system — NetSuite, Cin7, Brightpearl, Linnworks, or back into Shopify directly.
Personalised email and lifecycle flows in Klaviyo / Mailchimp
Subject lines and product blocks personalised by segment using your own historical engagement. Send-time per subscriber. Win-back flows that adjust offer depth based on customer lifetime value, not a flat “10% off if you come back”. Brand-voice guardrails enforced before every send.
Support automation with clean human handoff
Tier-1 ticket handling in Gorgias, Zendesk, Re:amaze, or HubSpot Service Hub. The AI answers WISMO, returns, gift cards, sizing, and stock questions against your real order data and policy pages. Escalations go to a human with full context. Critically: a confidence floor below which it always hands off, never guesses.
Returns intelligence as a feedback loop
Free-text return reasons clustered into themes by SKU, by category, by size run. Weekly digest to the buying and product teams. Patterns that used to take a quarter to surface land in seven days.
Catalog, email, support — one quarter
A typical engagement covers one of these three areas in the first 30 days. Most ecom clients layer in the next two over the following two quarters.
The stacks we plug into
Storefront: Shopify (Plus and standard), WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento / Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Email and lifecycle: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, Attentive (SMS), Postscript. Support: Gorgias, Zendesk, Re:amaze, HubSpot Service Hub, Tidio. ERP / inventory: NetSuite, Cin7, Brightpearl, Linnworks, Stord. Reviews and UGC: Yotpo, Okendo, Stamped. Search and merchandising: Algolia, Searchspring, Klevu, Nosto.
Privacy, GDPR, and customer data
Ecom data is customer data. We deploy into your own cloud account where possible, route model calls through no-retention vendor endpoints, and honour the GDPR / CCPA posture you already publish. Consent state from your existing CMP is respected end-to-end — if a customer has opted out of profiling, the personalisation pipeline excludes them automatically. We are not in the business of quietly stretching what your privacy policy allows.
Frequently asked
We use a thousand Shopify apps already. Why add custom AI?
Most off-the-shelf AI apps either (a) are thin wrappers on a vendor LLM with no grounding in your data or (b) charge per action in a way that breaks at any real volume. We build integration directly on your data and on your token budgets — usually one well-built integration replaces three or four overlapping apps.
Catalog enrichment scares us — what about hallucinated specs?
Justified concern. We do not generate factual claims without retrieval grounding. Material, dimensions, compatibility, ingredients, certifications — all must come from your PIM, supplier data sheets, or existing copy. Outputs without grounded sources are flagged for human review, not auto-published.
Will the support AI ruin our brand voice?
Only if you let it. We train a brand-voice classifier on your historical sent macros and best-rep replies. Outputs below threshold either rewrite or escalate. Most ecom brands settle into a stable voice within two weeks.
What about multi-storefront and multi-currency?
Standard. We’ve shipped against Shopify Markets and BigCommerce multi-storefront setups. Catalog enrichment can run per-locale, demand forecasts per warehouse, email flows per region with locale-specific brand voice and currency.
