Data Deletion Instructions.
How to ask us to delete data we hold about you or your organisation in connection with any third-party platform integration we operate.
Who this is for
If you are an individual whose personal data we may hold, or you are the owner or authorised administrator of an account, page, or workspace that we manage or integrate with on behalf of a client, you can request deletion of the data we hold using the steps on this page.
How to request deletion
Email info@uniqueesolutions.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
Please include the following so we can locate the relevant records and verify the request:
- Your full name and the email address you are contacting from.
- The organisation or account on whose behalf you are requesting deletion, if applicable.
- The category of third-party platform involved — for example a customer-relationship-management system, an email-marketing system, a support tool, an identity-provider service, or a social or business-page service. If you know a specific account identifier, page identifier, or workspace identifier, please include it.
- Whether you are the data subject, the account owner, or an authorised administrator. If you are an administrator we may ask you to confirm authorisation.
- The data you wish us to delete — for example all data we hold for the named account, or a specific subset.
What we will do
We acknowledge every request within five business days. We will then verify the request, identify the data we hold that is in scope, and delete or anonymise it within thirty days of acknowledgement, except where applicable law requires us to retain certain records (for example tax, audit, or legal-defence retention obligations). If we cannot delete a specific record for a lawful reason, we will tell you in writing which record and why, and how long the lawful retention period is.
Where the data is held on a third-party platform under your or your organisation’s control and we are acting as a data processor or integrator, deletion may also require you to delete the data inside that platform. We will tell you which actions you need to take on your side and offer guidance.
What this application is and is not used for
The integrations we operate are used solely for the organic, authorised business operations the account owner has commissioned us to perform — for example publishing posts, reading or updating records, sending email, responding to support tickets, or producing reports. We do not use third-party platform data for advertising, ad targeting, billing, payment processing, or any purpose outside the engagement the account owner has authorised in writing.
