Pricing philosophy
Why we don’t publish a price list.
Every engagement is fixed-fee, and we tell you the exact number before the contract is signed. We don’t publish a fixed price list because the right number depends on three things: which integration you’re picking, how clean your data is, and what compliance bar you need to meet. A HubSpot lead-scoring PoV for a 60-person SaaS is not the same as a Salesforce + multi-region GDPR-bounded support triage for a 200-person insurer. Same engagement type, different shape, different number.
What we’ll commit to publicly: the audit is the most affordable on this page. The 30-day PoV is priced in the range of one senior engineer for one month. Builds scale linearly with scope. The managed ops retainer starts modestly and scales with usage. Inside the first call we’ll give you a precise range; inside the first written proposal we’ll give you the exact number.
