Industries · AI Integration
AI integration is industry-shaped. So is the way we build it.
A churn model for a SaaS company has nothing in common with a claims-automation flow for a healthcare admin team. We build for the workflow your industry actually runs — not a generic “enterprise AI” pattern.
Why industry context matters for AI
The same five technologies — LLMs, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning, agentic orchestration — show up in every project we ship. What changes is the data shape, the regulatory floor, the stack the operators already use, and the metric the business actually cares about. A wealth-management firm wants suitability-aware AI; a Shopify merchant wants catalog enrichment that doesn’t hallucinate product specs. Same toolkit, different engineering judgement.
We’ve organised our deeper industry work into five pages below. Each one names the actual platforms we integrate into and the actual workflows we automate — not abstract “digital transformation” language.
SaaS & Tech
AI for SaaS Companies
Churn prediction, expansion signals, CS automation, PLG analytics. Built on HubSpot, Mixpanel, Intercom, Stripe.
Professional Services
AI for Legal, Accounting, Consulting
Document automation, billing intelligence, time-tracking summary, partner-led knowledge management.
E-commerce & Retail
AI for E-commerce
Catalog enrichment, demand forecasting, personalised email, support automation. Shopify, Woo, BigCommerce.
Financial Services
AI for Financial Services
Compliance-first AI, advisor productivity, meeting-prep automation, document review, suitability checks.
Healthcare Ops
AI for Healthcare Operations
Admin automation, scheduling, claims, prior auth, patient communication. HIPAA-aware. Non-clinical.
Other industries we build for
The five pages above are where we hold the most patterns. They aren’t the limit of the work. Over twenty years we’ve shipped engineering into many specialised industries on request — manufacturing operations, education and ed-tech, logistics and freight, real estate and proptech, non-profit operations, scientific publishing, and others. If your industry isn’t listed here and you have a real integration in mind, the 30-day assessment is the right starting point.
What we will not do
We deliberately don’t take on AI work where the regulatory floor is misaligned with our engineering depth. We don’t build clinical decision-support tools (FDA / MDR territory), and we don’t build autonomous trading systems. Both demand specialised regulatory and risk infrastructure that is its own discipline. Everything else — admin, operations, customer-facing workflows, internal productivity — we build.
Industry-shaped, not industry-locked
Our patterns transfer. Our judgement adapts. The engineering floor stays the same across every industry we ship.
Frequently asked
Are you a generalist or a specialist?
Specialist in AI integration into existing systems — CRM, email, support, docs, workflow. Generalist across the industries that use those systems. The engineering pattern is shared; the industry knowledge is layered on top during the first week.
Do you handle regulated industries?
Yes — financial services and healthcare operations both have dedicated pages. We deploy into your cloud, sign DPAs, and design with the relevant regulatory floor in scope (SEC / FINRA for FinServ, HIPAA for healthcare ops, GDPR for EU operations). We avoid clinical-decision and autonomous-trading work for the reasons above.
What if our industry isn’t listed?
Most of our work crosses industries because the underlying systems are the same. If you run a CRM, an ESP, a helpdesk, or a document store, our service pages probably apply directly. Tell us your stack in the assessment and we’ll show you where the patterns map.
