Lead with engineering — not a sales pitch
AI Readiness Assessment.
Tell us about your stack. Get a 3-integration plan in 48 hours — written by a senior engineer, not a sales rep.
What this is
A short questionnaire about your CRM, your email platform, your support tooling, and what’s hurting most right now. A senior engineer reviews it — not a sales rep, not a junior — and within 48 hours you get a written plan: the three AI integrations we’d ship first, in what order, with rough effort and rough token cost.
It’s free. It takes about ten minutes to fill in. And you don’t need to know what AI you want — figuring that out is the entire point.
Why 48 hours, not three weeks
Most agencies turn a discovery call into a four-week “scoping engagement” with workshops and slide decks. We don’t. Twenty years of engineering means we’ve already seen most stacks. The fast turnaround isn’t marketing — it’s the actual workflow: read your answers, sketch the integration architecture, write the plan, send it back.
What we’ll send back
- Three integrations, ranked. The AI work that will move a real metric for your business in the next quarter — not a wish list.
- Effort and cost shape for each. Roughly how long the 30-day proof-of-value would take, what it would cost, and what the ongoing token spend looks like.
- What not to build. The AI integrations vendors will try to sell you that we think are wrong for your stack — and why.
What you’ll send us
Just enough to make a real recommendation:
- Your CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, custom, none…)
- Your email marketing platform
- Your support / helpdesk tool
- Roughly how big your team is
- One paragraph on what’s hurting most right now
The assessment
Your answers are reviewed by a senior engineer, not a sales rep. We do not add you to a marketing list. We reply within 48 hours.
Questions before you start
Is this really free?
Yes. No card, no follow-up sales sequence. The plan we send is yours to use however you want — build it with us, build it with someone else, or hand it to your in-house team. We do this because it’s the fastest way to find the clients we’re a real fit for.
What if my stack is unusual or custom?
Write “custom” in the field and describe it in the last box. We’ve integrated AI into bespoke CRMs, legacy ERPs, and homegrown ticketing systems. Custom stacks are usually easier to instrument well, not harder.
What if we’re not ready to engage yet?
That’s fine. The assessment is useful even if you sit on it for a quarter. When you are ready, the plan is still relevant — AI integration architecture doesn’t go stale that fast.
